70hp evinrude rebuild advice

I have what I believe to be a 94 evinrude 70hp e70tlerv that has scaring in all three cylinders. I'm experienced in building a lot of different engines but this will be my first marine. I've been searching around for parts and having trouble locating what I need that is not a bunch of Chinese crap. So where is a good place to order quality parts and not spend a fortune?

Promarine or WSM.....if it has the briged port exhaust you will need to modify it...

The exhaust will have a bridge spitting the port ..some years have them some are just open..
