60 hp johnson no spark

i have an 81 johnson 60hp that i've been working on running (it was just running) but now i have no spark suddenly. i tested that i do have power through my stator and power pack output plug but have nothing on my coils. power pack and coils are brand new. i replaced these after my no spark issue. i just don't understand how i’m losing my connection when everything is brand new and seated correctly. If i’m looking past anything help would be greatly appreciated!

yeah i should have clarified a little better. by power out of my pack i had my test light in the output ports and when i turned it over i saw the light flash rapidly showing me it is sending a signal on both ports, but when i plug it back in i still have nothing going into my coils.
 
Some will argue here.----Battery / starter motor must be in good shape.----Flywheel must spin 250 RPM or more for system to generate spark.----Post ohm readings of sensor coil and charge coil.
 
Cannot test ignition with test light. Need a meter to test DVA voltage to pack. Light dont care as it will light with 10v or 200v.
