My high speed orifice stripped out. I cleaned it so no metal was loose in the carb. Then i drilled a little bit bigger hole in the orifice to make sure hole was clean. Will this cause my engine to run improperly?

Yes as you increased fuel flow so it may be to rich and perform rough on top end

having trouble finding the part for just the bottom of carb where orifice is located, is that even made anymore for that model?

Carefully run a # 7 drill in there.-------Than use a 1/4-NC tap to clean out the remainder of the jet.-----Install a new one.
