25hp etec value

I have a 2010 25hp etec with around 10 hours on it that I am going to be getting rid of. I have had it since brand new and hardly used it. It is manual start with manual tilt and a tiller. Wondering what to list it for I have no idea what it is worth. Anyone have a idea?
