2020 Merc 60 EFI - Not Getting Fuel

Hello, I'm handy around an engine but I'm no boat mechanic. Have an issue with my Merc 60 not getting fuel to the VST. Engine runs fine on carb cleaner.

Engine is a 2020 60 EFI with 148 hours, never given me any issues before, was running and then it sputtered and shut off and wouldn't crank back up, thought I got some water in the fuel but after putting new fuel in it the problem remained.

Confirmed Bulb is good - Fuel flows from the tank, through the water separator filter under the cowl, and continues to the VST. The last place I can guarantee fuel makes it to is the 90* brass barb on the top of the VST (Picture 1) , but it isn't filling the VST, its like it stops right at the barb and never enters the VST where the lift pump is located.

I removed the lift pump and verified it runs on the bench with 12v - I swapped known good relays in, verified fuses are good, kill switch isn't accidentally engaged, etc.

I'm getting no fuel out of the fuel cooler attached to the VST (Picture 2)

Any thoughts? I swear its got to be pretty simple.

Did you find a fix for this. I have the same issue with a 2019 60hp.
I ended up taking an air compressor and blasting some stupid rubber piece out completely so that 90 degree brass fitting is now free flowing.

I removed the top part of the VST, put the blow gun on the bottom side of that 90* brass fitting and blow up in there, a swollen up rubber seal came out the end of the 90.

Haven't had an issue since.

No idea why they'ed put a piece of rubber that is inevitably going to swell up and cause a blockage into something that isn't serviceable at all.

Shoulda bought a Yami.
