2019 lower end paint chipping

I’m looking at a to a 2019 pontoon an it has a 150 hp on it an the paint is chipping right joint have you seen this before

Also looking for repair method an the correct material

That is cavitation burn...3rd toon and front of splash deflector causing it. Just use appliance epoxy black to repair
