Hey gang,
I just replaced my first impeller. I was, or so I thought, super careful not to spin the shift rod, but...
I put the boat on the water today and it doesn't want to go into reverse. It gets close, but I had to push the throttle back so far that the rpms started to increase.
So, I plan to pull the lower unit tomorrow and was hoping someone knew where to look the proper shift rod height or could direct me. I imagine one turn will do it, but would like to be sure. Any advice welcome!
