2007 mercury 150 optimax alternator bolt

I've broken the 10mm alternator bolt on my twin 150 outboards 3 times. I've used SS bolts and now 12.5 grade bolts. Should I fabricate an upper brace.

I have the rubber mount brackets on the engines already. The alternators are new also. One has more vibration than the other mostly at low rpm. No way to smooth out other than replace it.

Swap flywheels between motors as could be out of balance...cheaper than a motor
