2007 115 mercury fuel

Have 2006 115 mercury outboard i get fuel go to pumps when I start it runs for a minute then stalls I can’t get power from the computer to the pumps after starting I have to keep turning ignition on and off to get power to the prime pump

Sounds like you have a EFI and possible pump problems. Some models have 2 electric pumps. You need a service manual to test
