2006 Mercury 60 HP EFI

Looking for direction. My outboard turns over and has spark. The engine will not start. I have cleaned the mechanical pump and replaced both filters and the HP pump. Fuel fills the Electric pump housing and the output filter. The electric pump runs for a second and shuts off before fuel can get to the injectors. is there a timer for the electric pump? is it wired through the ECM? What am I missing.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried spraying some Easy Start into the air intake to see if it fires up?

Yes. The motor will run out the starter fluid and stall.

I don't get the fuel to the injectors.

Need to check fuel pressure on schrader valve, if pressure is low injectors wont spray
