2006 BF 225 Runs fine to half throttle and then quits. Will run to redline when not under load

When was the HP filter last changed? If was a while ago I would start looking at that first.

Ditto on the high pressure fuel filter. Seems like most of the problems like you described go back to that filter or the fuel screen under the HP fuel pump.
