My motor was hard to start few weeks ago, finally started and smoothed out ran fine rest of day! Took it out last week an it would start idle for 30 secs and die, not it will not start at all! Any suggestions will be appreciated

Check the electrical connections on vapor separator, check he fuse for high pressure pump and make sure it comes on when you turn key on....

All plugs and coils are firing. Is that the 20 amp fuse above the ecm? My motor is push button and pull start only so its hard to tell anything because its computerized to keep gas pressurized from what I've read anyways. I just pulled fuel filter off and blew into it and put it back on and it hit three small times.

That's sorta the way batteryless EFI works. The first pull of the starter rope energizes the electrical system, and activates the high pressure pump to load the fuel rail, and occasionally, enough fuel reaches the injectors for the engine to start (usually they don't start until the second or third pull). You've got spark, and I presume you have good compression, so probably you have either a fuel delivery or electrical problem. Start by draining the VST, and then pumping the primer ball until you have fuel flow from VST drain. Replace the drain and pump the ball until firm. This will sometimes free up a sticky float. Next, I would remove the inlet line from the VST and pull the rope a couple of times to make sure that the fuel pump is delivering fuel to the VST. Once you've confirmed that fuel is getting to the VST, You've narrowed the problem down to the high pressure side of the fuel system.

Technology these days man is crazy, seems like ya learn something new everyday. I pulled the out house off the low pressure pump an its pumping. I appreciate the knowledge to drain the vst I'll do that. I'm betting the high pressure filter is gunked up or pump s bad. Just slow process for a first timer, imma get it right tho, and surprise the heck out of my dad. I have a book on motor just so much to read but I'm learning a lot.

Gotta say it, those things really sound nice when they are running. Heavy as all hell for the power, but they sure sound sweet!
