2006 225hp looking for a good used engine

Need to replace a standard rotation '06 BF225hp that failed due to corrosion thru block; anyone know of a good used engine for sale?

Also, there's one on the west coast that looks really nice but the ad says it "has trouble holding oil pressure"
Might be fixable if you're into that.

The ad is on San Francisco craigslist under the "boat parts" heading. Type Honda into the search field and then scroll about halfway down the page.
Lots of very good, clear, close up pictures. The dang thing LOOKS almost brand new
