2005 Mercury 250 XS

Purchased a boat back in OCT 13 with a Mercury 250 XS. The motor was running great prior to me putting it up for a few months. Yesterday, it took appx 1.5 minutes before the engine would accelerate over 4000rpm. I was using a full tank of fuel with stablizer in it. Would this cause the engine to be sluggish or is this possibly something worst? Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you run the engine after you added stablizer to get it to injectors???/

Yes. I filled it up in early Nov and added stabilizer and used the boat for appx 1hr before putting it up.

Pull and clean the plugs as I have seen injectors bleed off and foul them after setting a while..
