2005 BF225 intermittent issue

I bought a new to me boat with twin 2005 BF225s. I’m having an intermittent problem with the starboard engine. While in gear only at low RPM I’ll get a single beep from the key switch and the engine shuts off by itself. The engine will always start right back up immediately. It started with maybe once a trip, but is becoming more frequent. I have the 4 light switch and no lights, but the green are on. Not sure if it’s related, but also getting intermittent water in fuel alarm on same motor.
What I’ve currently done to diagnose
Fuel:
1)new low and high fuel filters
2)water separator removed and drained. No water present and float operated as supposed to.
3)swapped water separator with port motor to address alarm. No change still getting intermittent alarm on starboard engine

Electrical
1)3 brand new batteries
2)stunted red plug and no codes present. Even cleared codes(2 beeps) and reread, no codes
3)disconnected kill switch from starboard engine no change
4)swapped O2 sensor with port motor no change

Any more ideas before I bring it to someone?

Your description sounds like an electrical problem to me - possibly losing a ground. Check all of your connections to the key switch for the SB engine. Also check the harness plugs to the ECU, looking for corrosion and/or bent or recessed connectors.

These kinds of problems are a real PITA to track down.
