2005 250 Verado

My 2005 250 Verado has a lack of power getting out of the hole,where it took 3-5 seconds to pop out it is now taking 10-20 seconds.
The engine rumbles until up on plane and then runs fine at higher RPM's.
Any suggestion as to where to search for low end power?

When is last time you changed the air and fuel filters? Belt dust on supercharger pulley?

Thanks for your insight.
Changed fuel separator last August and smaller lower filter this spring.
Air filter,I did the open cell screen and nothing more.Will recheck.
Belt dust is something I will check and did notice some last fall when changing Alternator.
Does this sound like it could be regulator?

Boost will hide low compression..... Start with a compression/leakdown test. Do the leak down test letting the piston travel down the bore off TDC of the power stroke.....

I have a new development and this maybe over my head.
Discovered water in powerhead oil.
Any idea what I might expect?
