Is this a drain for each of the three carbs on our motor and should we have drained these after fogging out engine? We did run it with Stabil gas treatment before winterizing for a day. Thanks.

I believe that's the plug you remove to change jets. It works as a drain, however.

I recommend running the carbs dry by pulling the connector after every run. What gas is left will evaporate thanks to the heat inside the cowling.
