2003 BF 225 solid alarm

I have a solid alarm that goes off intermittently every trip. I typically run 20 to 40 miles a trip and the alarm will usually go off 2 or 3 times a trip. From what I can tell it is not overheating and this mainly happens above 3500 rpms but has happen at less. I'll turn key off and turn on and everything will runs fine. I have changed T-stats and water pump. I have taken to a mechanic and he is telling me that there are no codes. Any suggestions?

When you get a continuous alarm, that is usually an overheat or low oil pressure. Are any lights lit on your key switch panel when the alarm activates? Any blinking? The green oil pressure light should be on and the three red lights should be off.

Either condition should throw a fault code. Did the Mechanic you took it to hook up the engine to Dr. H or the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS)?
