The engine was running fine 5500rpm, started whining then locked up, wounded up pulling the flywheel and had a broken magnet, replaced flywheel and stator, engine was tight in spots, could turn it with ratchet on flywheel nut. did get it to start ran rough for a few seconds then locked up,turning the flywheel it seems to bang or tap against something, just moves a small amount. Any insights? 3 Cyl
