2001 Johnson 225hp High Output bogging issue

Hello I have a 2001 Johnson 225hp HO serial # 04915139 less than 30 original hours

Here is the issue:

The outboard ran fine when I purchased it. I have put maybe 5-10 hours on it. The issue started off as a here and there thing and has progressed to being worst every trip. The motor will start rough when k first drop it. Bogging, dying after running a few seconds, and sneezing here and there. When Its idling its running decent (not as good as when i purchased it) then when I shift into gear and give it some throttle it immediately begins to bog down and die. The only way to get it going and onto plane is to hold the key in until it comes out of the bog. Once I run it a bit and stop its usually fine for a minute or two then continues. Twice though it has done it while I was on a plane and the motor would bog, go, bog, go until it eventually bogged and came off plane and shut off. Don't know what the issue could be but here's what I did so far: cleaned each carb throughly, replaced spark plugs, checked maintenance Valve, fuel/water separator replaced at purchase, checked compression and its good. Now I have no idea what the issue could be. Carba can come off the throttle bodies so I have had no need to "link and sync" since purchasing. Any help would be appreciated

Check the small gaskets on throttle bodies...
The gaskets that are in between te throttle bodies and carbs, the gaskets behind te throttle bodies connecting to the power head, or the ones on the sides covered by the little black plate? I checked the first two and they are fine But I didn't take the little black plates off the throttle bodies. Also forgot to mention the motor never had a drop of fuel under the cowl now after running it and leaving it out of the water I noticed some fuel comes out from
somewhere and ends up in the bottom of the cowl. Don't know where it's coming from. I check floats already
