Need some help. This motor looks like it just came out of the showroom. Very low hours. Runs great. But , when im cruising in the harbor which is about 5 mph. For any length of time there will be a puddle under the motor the next morning that has come out the exhaust. What do you think is happening?

Red lever on the electric primer valve in the correct position ?-----When you operate the bulb on the hose , does it go hard?------Any sign of a bad float valve on a carburetor ?-----Other than that it is normal for a 2 stroke to leak after low slow speed operation.

Thank you very much. I will check those things.
It doesn't run like it is loading up.
Starts right up after sitting off for a little bit.
Fyi.

Hi Thanks for your imput. I took it out and ran it like you would normally do . It ran great and no leakage the next morning. I do have another question you may be able to help me with. This same motor the boat turns hard to the right. I have adjusted the tab on the motor and it still pulls to the right. Any idea's?

Type of boat and is this with engine full trimmed down?
It is a 2000 Aquasport trimmed down. I just ordered a dolphin fin for the motor because if i trimm up it will porpoise. Im hoping once i install that i will be able to use the trim and get the bow up a little . It will pull at an idle also

Its call bow steer as vee hull. Motor trimmed down exaggerates the condition. At no wake and above idle speed trim motor level. You need trim tabs not dolefin

Yep will help a lot..make sure you get correct size tabs. Still going to bow steer at low speed due to hull design but will help your holeshot and mid to top end running by reducing porpoising
