2000 Johnson 225 carbureted hose route

Does anyone know where this hose and nipple go? The hose is at the bottom of the crankcase on the port side. Hose color is black with yellow stripe. Also, where does this fitting on the intake area go? Been trying to figure this out.

The is routed up behind starter and ziped to upper oiler hose. It is a vent for lower bearing. The nipple gets a cap that is also zipped

Thanks! So just block off the nipple and zip tie it? What is it even for? And somebody said that hose goes to the top hole on the silencer. I see the recirculating hoses are all connected already. A little confused.
