2000 Evinrude 4-stroke gas delivery issue

Greetings, I would love to get some help with an issue I'm having. I happened to buy myself an used Evinrude 4-stroke outboard motor and I'm having issues to keep it running. It's been like this since I got it and what I've done so far is clean the carb and replace all the parts that come with the repair kit. I've also changed all the parts that come with the repair kit of the fuel pump.

The problem: So basically after pumping the primer, the engine runs fine, and sometimes forever, but just on idle. As soon as I raise the RPM, the RPM drops and the motor soon stops due to no gas. If I keep pumping the primer, the motor runs fine for a little bit.

I've tried unplugging the gas line after the fuel pump (while the engine is running) and I noticed there was no gasoline coming out at all. This is leading me to think the pump is somehow broken, and after reading online about the check valve issues, I'm thinking that might be the case? I tried to blow through the gasline fitting where the gas is supposed to come out of and the air goes through with no resistance. I'm no expert, but isn't something supposed to stop the air (or gas) from going back to the pump? I honestly have no idea and I'm a total beginner with zero prior knowledge of any outboard motors of machines in general.

Doesn't seem like the gas pumps are available at all anymore and I'm at my wit's end. I don't wanna scrap this motor, is there anything I can do?

Model: E10R4SSE
Fuel pump model: 435352

Sorry in advance if the explanation is bad, I live in Finland and English isn't my first language.

Sorry---I missed that fact in post #!-----So any other trouble shooting done ?----No point in suggesting anything and to get a reply of --" done that already "

My apologies. I've cleaned the carb, swapped all parts to carb that came with the fix kit, same for fuel pump. Tried new gas tank, hose and primer. I've tried pulling out the fuel line at carb when it was running, no gas. So I went back and pulled put the fuel line right after the fuel pump, no gas. I've squeezed the primer with no fuel line after the pump and fuel goes through the fuel pump (when the machine wasn't running). I think that's all I've done.

Again, apologies for not remembering to mention the gas tank and stuff.

If you have fuel after the pump (going to carb) then the float/inlet needle has a problem with either being set to high or installed incorrectly

Remove pump and operate the plunger manually.----Post your observations.
Yes, sir. Here are my observations. The plunger works just fine, as in it moves up and down as it should. The green part also moves, and I assume that is the one building the pressure to pull and push the gasoline.
I tried blowing through the pump from the intake side (black), and the air goes out of the pump on the other side (brass).
When I operate the plunger manually and hold my finger on the intake, there's air coming out of the brass side.
I'm attaching some pictures that might or might not be useful in determining something.
I'm a total beginner and I have no idea about anything, I'm just learning as I go.

Sorry, I failed to add the pictures to the previous reply, I think I did something wrong. But here they are.

Was it a factory repair kit ?----Any dirt on the check valves?----It that a tear in the green diaphragm ?
Yes, it was a genuine evinrude kit. Not sure what check valve you mean exactly. Is there one on the picture? Is it the one on pics 1, 2 and 5? If so, I've just flushed it with gasoline and air. And no, no tear on the diaphragm. I double checked, they're just bad pictures I guess. The gaskets are definitely suffering from me taking apart the pump so many times, but nothing should be compromised.
If I can't get this one to work, I'm not sure what to do. The fuel pumps are not available anywhere and they stopped making them probably more than 15 years ago. I wonder if there's a way to just bypass or replace this pump with something else..

There are 2 check valves.----Little discs with the spring.----They must be clean and free of any dirt.----Maybe the one disc is missing.----That would be the obvious reason the pump won't work.----I would find / fit a disc from another pump or make one to suit.

Racer is correct as check valve missing
Well, poopers.. As I mentioned earlier, I have no way to get my hands on this pump or the check valves as they don't seem to exist anymore, at least for this specific model. There doesn't even seem to be a part number for the check valves. Is there any way I can maybe find a pump that I can take apart and take the check valve from there? What model would it be? Or is there a way to maybe have a different pump or something for this?
I feel so darn lost right now.

if in Canada , help might be available.
I'm from Finland. This makes it a bit more tricky to get help locally. That's why I've been trying to fix it myself in the first place. I don't mind waiting for the parts to arrive if I order them from somewhere, I've already been fixing this since early May.
