I have a 2000 Evinrude 115 E115 FPXSSR with no spark when cranking it over. I have the software and cable and can get the plugs to fire using the ignition test. The spark plugs will not fire when trying to start the motor however. I tried unhooking the black/yellow wire from the ignition switch to deactivate the kill switch and that did not help. I could not find a way to de-activate the kill switch at the motor though. I did replace both coil packs and all 4 spark plug wires.
