200 Xri rebuild

So I’ve an 200 Xri that has been torn down for a rebuild and during inspection see mild grooving in both halves of the block where the crank sealing rings run. A couple of the surfaces are near perfect, others have wear ring all around. What are the specs for this wear or is a new block in my future?

Over heat and just began a meltdown so low compression in #1. So replacing those rings is appropriate repair? Obviously doing a complete rebuild with pistons, bearings, etc,.

Usually a overheat effect all upper cylinders not just one. Need to make sure injector or ECU didnt cause a leanout or stabilizer box jacked timing on that cylinder as they get #1,#3 and #6
