200 Johnson no voltage from stator

Good day all, I am new to this group. I have a 200 hp Johnson V6 looper motor. I have been working on it to try and start, no luck so far. I did find the stator was bad from a magnet being unglued from flywheel. The magnet came loose and damaged the stator. The stator was replaced and magnet glued back with epoxy per Johnson’s instructions. After this timer base was ohmed out as bas , it was replaced, I did the power pack test with the alternative procedure in the manual using 10 watt 10 ohm resistor, and it showed as bad or at least I think I set it up right per the picture. Now I have no voltage coming from the stator even though it Ohms within limits. I know the wires are good as it is brand new. Only thing I can think of is the flywheel is messed up somehow. I have the manual so if reference it please let me know. Any thoughts or help would be helpful

AC volts setting? Brown pair should be 150vAC, yellow pair about 32vAC, I forget what the orange pair should be.

If you have it on DC you will see zero.

Copy using AC volt setting and my manual says 130V Will check again tomorrow make sure I got all my stuff together. Only thing I can think of is flywheel is not right somehow, likely will have to pull it off again to check. I will do everything again before doing that. Thanks for the help to all who have responded

How are you testing??? If magnets are in shape and stator is good there has to be some kind of output.
Agree
As others would ask, have you checked fuel and compression? Indexed the flywheel? How have you checked for spark? Do you have an ignition switch or kill switch fault? Let us know what you've done so far to get running.

Ok folks, went and rechecked all and found I now have 80VAC on each side of stator, clearly less than the 130VAC needed. Apparently I don’t know how to read my own manual. I also performed the stator resistance check per the manual and found my resistance is well below what manual requirements stator shows 0.07 should be 0.17 +/- .05. The only thing I can conclude is I got a bad stator from stock. CDI will be sending me a new one and I will report back once installed. The stator does ohm out to 950 when

That getting to be pretty much the norm for CDI products......
