200 EFI ghost problem

I have a 2001 efi , lead SN 0T. The engine has had an ongoing issue for 3 years. It has been intermittent, usually when first started cold it would idle high and not come on plane. Then suddenly it would start running fine. Last fall the oil gear stripped and the motor blew. I had it rebuilt by my usual guy who also got the problem to replicste. He said number 1 and 2 cylenders had fire but no output. Sent the computer for testing and it tested fine. I have worked through most of the ignition system either testing or replacing the major components before when the problem was hit and miss. Since it came back from rebuild and computer testing it will not come on plane at all and won't go above 3000 rpm even in neutral. It was also idling weak. I replaced the fuel pump at the advice of the mechanic and still no solution I am not familiar with all of the sensorswamps ND components in a fuel injected system, sensors ect.... I am at the point of pure frustration. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just an update to those who may know more than I do. I tested the detonation control module per the manual and it held 0.3 to 0.8V at idle (within specs) but when throttled up it went to 1.2V. Manual say 0.1V should be all you get if no detonation (spark knock) is occurring. The manual kind of leaves you high and dry as to what causes this condition. My intuition says timing. I have tried another flywheel so that seems to make me suspect that it may be the ignition control module. There are very few sections in the manual that outline how to test this module. I guess a test light unless anyone has another other ideas.

If you have spark you have injector or harness problem. See if you can get Tony to look at it as he is top notch on these...tell Tony and Linda I said hello...
