2.5 200 hp heads

I just bought a 1991 2.5 litre 200 Hp V6.
While going over it, I noticed this rust stain at the top of the left head.
It looks like it is coming from the gasket.

Should I be concerned?
Should I pull the head?
What am I looking for?

It is a 1991 2 stroke 2.5 -200
Compression 115 on bottom left and 120 on the other 5 cylinders

Gasket weeping around alignment pin. Replace both side and delete the spark advance box

Thanks. Gaskets are ordered.
I am still investigating the spark advance box. it is not clear how to set the timing.

I pulled the heads, cleaned the surfaces and I am basically ready to reinstall them.
I see the torq spec is 30 ft-lb plus 90 degrees with lubed bolts.
Then I saw this posting saying to warm the engine then let it cool, then loosen and retorq.
Is this what people do? It is 22 degrees in my garage today. Is that an issue?

All outboard heads when taken off the first time are warped.------They need to be " trued up " before re-installing.----Torque must the applied to squeeze the gasket.----Not to straighten the head.
