I have a 1999 evinrude 115hp had it since new since the last year I started to have a hard start problem. Whenever I crank the key it wants to start then cuts out if im lucky it will start after three try's. The problem sometimes takes 15 key turns and cycles to get it started . Even after running it for 30 minutes it could take 10 key turns to get it started every time though it almost starts. I tried checking plugs but besides that I'm lost on where to start. This is my first post and would greatly appreciate any advice on where to possibly start to look. I meant to say that after running if for a while i notice the fuel ball is soft I don't know if that helps. Its fuel injected not to many hours on it.
