1997 mariner 60hp bogging down issues

I have 1997 mariner 60 hp that when I idle around for a while and go to give it throttle it just want to bog down or die unless I pump the fuel ball while it is bogging down I cleaned carbs 3 times went over all fuel lines everything I could think of . Also the boat sat for 8 yrs without running and I also drained fuel tank and put 93 in it with fuel treatment and still does it. I'm running outta ideas

Have you tried the open the idle mixture screws another 1/2 turn out (CCW) trick? That's cured many a bog.

Rebuild the fuel pump as fuel pressure is low. The reason it bogs is carbs are not full and pumping bulb fills them and your bog ceases

Pumping the bulb tends to cause minor flooding of the carbs--sort of like accelerator pump action--that can carry a too lean idle motor into a successful power up.
