1997 200 efi fuel filters

i have a 97' 200 efi that just all of a sudden started running very sluggish. very slow to get up on pad,only runs about 45 at wot when it was going around 62. i am going to put new plugs in it and i want to replace any fuel filters it might have. i dont have a service manual so i dont know any filter numbers. i was hoping to get those here. serial # is og559496 if that helps. any other ideas on what the problem might be or tips on where to start looking would be greatly appreciated.

thanks bullet, i will do that. do you know the fuel filter locations and possibly numbers?

compression and spark are good on cold engine. will check compression again when it is warm. replaced plugs and fuel filter/ water seperator. bad weather today but if i get a break gonna take boat to lake and run her. if i am syill having the same issues what do i need to look at next. motor isnt missing just acts like its not getting enough fuel.

Need to test fuel pressure also...35-39psi
