Hi guys I have a 1995 Evinrude 200 vindicator I have been working on I have replaced stator timer base and the power pack with cdi the problem it had before was only firing on 2 cylinders now I have fire on 4 cylinders but 1&3 has nothing used a spark jump tester an all the ones that is firing is jumping 7/16 of an in any ideas
