Going down the lake and it shut off bam just like that. But starts right back up and runs fine then bam all over again. Not a spudder like running out of fuel just quits

Are you thinking low compression. This engine start right up. Even on cold morning. Thanks for replying

Could be a stator problem dropping hi speed side but unlikely that both dropping out at once.

Yes it is 175 magnum efi

AH HA......Check the ECU harness connection and the fuse holder for melting. The ECU is either loosing power or fuel pump is dropping out. Also is the battery overcharging as it will make a ECU act goofy....
