1990 Honda BF2 Carb Removal ???

I've got a 1990 Honda 2hp four stroke and I'm trying to take the carb out. The carb is covered by a plastic housing and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it out. If anyone has any experience with this motor please reach out.
I've look online for shop manual's but everything seems to be a little newer and and newer models don't have the same plastic housing in the way.

I don't know. I've no experience with one.
Here's some parts page diagrams of a pre 1997 air cooled 2hp from www.boats.net that you can compare. If this looks similar to what you have, maybe you can use them as a guide
