1989 Johnson 200HP Bogs Down

Boat accelerates, gets up on plane, about 5-10 mins and the engine starts to bog and run really rich. Shut it down and takes about 5-6 mi s before it will restart...... what does this sou d like?

When it falters have an assistant operate the manual fuel pump.-----Possibly water in the fuel ?----Overheating ?----Fuel tank venting problem ?

What I mean is that after about 5 mins of running great the engine shutters and bogs down... dies... takes along time to restart... so by rich I meant almost like it is flooded.
