1986 75hp mercury cylinder problem

My 2 stroke 4 cylinder mercury is only running on 2 cylinders. 3 and 4 are not firing but when I switch wires, (1 and 2 on 3 and 4) they do fire. All 4 coils have been replaced. Any ideas
