1985 Mariner 50HP looking for water pump kit

Hello,

Picked up a Mariner 1985 50HP with a serial number of A160966. I am not able to find the complete OEM water pump kit. I had to pull the S/N off the freeze out plug as we were unable to locate it anyway else.
I ordered a Seloc 1402 manual and hope it is the correct one. Amy other recommendations before I replace the pump and try firing it up?

Thanks, I cannot find anything related to the water pump when I search by the serial. I find all other motor parts but I do not see pump related. So my technical question turned into a website tutorial request.
