Water is escaping out around #1 spark plug.

When you're replacing the gasket, be sure to smear lots of silicone around the plug hole on both sides of the gasket. Then wait overnight for a good cure before firing it up.

Only use silicone if using a non OEM gasket. The newer OEM and some aftermarket are a blackish/green color and are silicone impregnated and use no sealer. Adding sealer will make them not seal.
