1973 evinrude

Hi guys I have a 1973 evinrude 65 hp 2 cycle engine on my boat and the hydraulic ram for the tilt trim is leaking fluid and the hydraulics don't have enough power to fully lift the motor. I talked to my local marine parts store and they basically said I'm s.o.l. because the parts are nla. The part number that need is 0172391 for the ram end cap or 0172597 for the whole ram assembly. Does anybody know where I could find one or an aftermarket part? Thanks
