150 or V150 XR2

How can I tell if I have a 150 or V150 Serial number 6635236. I bought a Clymer manual, but it covers everything from 72 to 89 and 45 to 225!

The Xr2 will have a spark advance box and the 150 will have just a stablizer or nothing at all..

Thanks. I have been told that the module should be taken off as if it malfunctions, it could cook your pistons before you realize it?
