    Just installed 2 1991 v6 loope Just installed 2 1991 v6 loopers E175 EXEIS on an 1982 Pursuit 25'0pen fisherman. All is working fine except when the starboard engine rpm exceeds 3500 rpm the tachometer then runs backward toward "0" rpm. I have switched the tachometers and get the same results...

    235 evenrude

    I have a 1982 235 evenrude tha I have a 1982 235 evenrude that has 20 hours since rebuild. It will rev up to 5000rpm out of gear but in gear it will only run 1200 rpm. If I open the throttle to go faster the engine stalls. any suggestions?
