    correct spark plugs for a 1993 225?

    I have a 93' 225 ocean runner. Can anyone tell me the correct plugs? Its odd that the evinrude chart says 1986-1993 all use QL77JC4'S, but the 1994 model uses QL78YC'S when 1993 was the first year of the finger port. Shouldn't I be using the latter since they are identical powerheads or where...

    18 evinrude fastwin overheating

    I have a 1970 18 fastwin that overheated. I replaced the waterpump (bizarre... the bushing in the center of the impeller separated from the impeller causing it to just sit there without pumping water. never seen that before) and now it pumps water like mad, but the powerhead still gets over 210...
