correct spark plugs for a 1993 225?

I have a 93' 225 ocean runner. Can anyone tell me the correct plugs? Its odd that the evinrude chart says 1986-1993 all use QL77JC4'S, but the 1994 model uses QL78YC'S when 1993 was the first year of the finger port. Shouldn't I be using the latter since they are identical powerheads or where there some changes from 93' to 94'?
