On the throttle lever #37 Cylinder and crankcase the pin will pop out of the lever when I open the throttle. Once that happens I don't have the right timing and it won't run right. There is nothing to hold that pin in place so I am not sure how to fix it. In the picture it looks like the pin is...
I have a 1987 28HP Johnson that will start and then stall. I have rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the fuel pump. If I push in the key for the primer I can keep it running. When it starts to die I push in the key and it will speed up for about 10 seconds then start to die again.
