    motor kills has forward/reverse applied.

    just replaced the impeller and every thing look good until i went to put in forward. motor stop. If i just try to shift it a little even before it goes into gear the motor stops.

    replaced impeller 1970 merc cannot get it gear.

    :confused: When i dropped to lower unit i did not have it forward gear . How do i fix it how. I should asked for help first:(. any help.
