    Mercury Smartcraft gauge

    SC1000 seems like i cant find anything definitive on connecting the fuel sending unit to the gauge. do the sending unit wires have to be run to the motor? or by the gauge? all i can find is to the harness. but im assuming the harness runs from the gauge to the motor already?

    this fell to the ground wen I separated the lower half not sure where it goes

    Trim issue

    Mercruiser Alpha 1 gen 2 I just rebuilt one of the trim cylinders and reinstalled it. when I trim down it trims to far going past the paint at the end of the shaft any ideas on how to correct this?
