Transom saver

I have a 2020 150 4 stroke and I'm trying to find a transom saver. When I researched it so many different ones come up. Anyone know which one works? Or is it not needed?
 
Question: When the boat is out of the water and the OB is full down will it touch and is there any distance above the ground?
