    I cannot get the little 8mm bolts on the collar zinc to bite into the ram end cap holes. It seems stripped holes is a common problem There is no room to tap new threads without dissasembling the ram, or get a drill in straight to add a helicoil. Someone suggested using a 3/4 x 2 1/8 inch...

    Mercury OEM parts are hard to find and back ordered . Some of the reviews for Sierra on Amazon are pretty bad. But the dealer says he uses Sierra Dist Caps all the time and no problem What is the consensus? Sierra also much cheaper of course.

    5.7 MAG 350 MPI HORIZON - No start oil pressure switch?

    I am in the process of trouble shooting and now on to the oil pressure switch. Can anyone advise the correct part number? Also, Is it the 3 wire switch as in the photo (pink/black, gray, blue) and if I jump it to test , which wires should be jumped? SN OW061000 Thanks
