Broken M25 Alt bracket stud

Attached photo is courtesy of Mainesail webpage, not the exact engine. Just using to show the stud location
The red circled bolt sheared off with the internal threaded part still in there. Don't ask how please.
It is the new bracket style, so just the lower bolt is holding the bracket firm on the front end.
Unfortunately the exact engine in question is in our beloved C-30 engine box with litle room to get at it
as the forward part of the engine is very close to the engine box bulkhead.

As it is currently there is no excess vibration of the alternator. But I realize it could be a disaster waiting to happen.

What would you do? How to attack it?

Lifting the engine and drilling/tapping out that bolt hole is the only viable idea I can think of.

Pleased to hear any other thoughts which can include JB Weld, chicken wire, or bobby pins.

Picture that bolt in a ridiculous access point.

If the otherside of the bulkhead is empty, you may be able to drill an access/work hole...your default approach should work, just consume a lot of time...
