    OK. One more data point, although I am not sure what to make of it. Today, ran the boat on a plane for about 20 minutes, shut it down, restarted and after a few minutes while I was getting the anchor ready, the idle started to race again.     I'm looking at a 2007 Merc/Tohatsu 25HP EFI. The compression readings painted on the motor are 115-80-79.
